How is performance evaluated?

The evaluation of the Board of Directors conducted by our team for companies not only ensures compliance with the recommendations of the country's Corporate Governance Code, but also allows to develop useful practical recommendations, clarify the goals and priorities of the company and the Board of Directors, improve the quality of the Board's work, increase the contribution of each director to the work of the Board.

We also offer self-assessment of the board of Directors and develop a methodology/regulation on the evaluation of the Board of directors.

The external evaluation includes interviews with board members and top management, analysis of internal documents, preparation of a detailed report and discussion at a board meeting.
